OVERVIEW
The S3FC9AC is high performance security controller is specially designed and packaged for "Smart Card"
application and fabricated using a secured 0.09um CMOS technology. The CalmRISC16 16-bit CPU and secure
flash memory architecture offer the fast development for the time to market, low power, physical size, data
transaction speed, and high security requirements of the smart card application.
